Welcome to the Survivor Guide by DIVERSEcity Community Resources Society, an online resource for survivors of domestic abuse and gender-based violence, their supporters and systems of care stakeholders.

The Survivor Guide is part of our Survivor-Centered Systems of Care Project, which aims to center the experiences of racialized and newcomer women in gender-based violence systems of care. DIVERSEcity is engaging and training immigrant, refugee, ethnocultural, racialized women (IRER) gender-based violence survivors to lead service providers in critical reflection on existing policies and practices through the lens of survivors themselves.

This website is a resource hub for project participants, stakeholders and for other community members who want to learn more about how we can address the root causes of gender-based violence together, and advance more equitable, inclusive policies and practices, and effective sharing of resources.
